Having moved to Nelson 5 years ago, my family and I have come to love our new home. The majestic beauty of Nelson is everywhere, from the surrounding landscape to its historic buildings and homes which have been lovingly preserved. My medium is water colour. I love the challenge of detail and angles. My art takes place in 3 stages: from pencil to ink, and finally to water colour. I have tried to capture these inspiring images of the Kootenays in my art.
